When will my order ship?


You can expect to receive an order confirmation email within 3-5 minutes after your purchase has been made (be sure to check your spam inbox if you do not see it.)

Current order processing at this time is 6-10 business days and may increase for larger orders. 

All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail which takes 2-3 business days or first-class mail (7-10 business days). Please note, USPS has been experiencing some
delays for an extended period. 

Order error


If there is a mistake with your order, please email us. Once verified, we will correct your order as quickly as possible. We do not offer exchanges or returns due to the nature of our products.

 

What do I do if my Body Scrubs / other products arrive melted? 


First, take care to be continuously tracking your packages so that they do not end up sitting in your mailbox or post office.


Please note that your scrubs may melt in transit, especially if you live in hot climates. Don’t worry, you can still use the product as is, or put the product in the refrigerator or on a table until it is solid again.

This product cannot be refunded or exchanged even if it melts because it is still effective and has all the same great benefits! if you want, you can whip the scrub again with a mixer/whisk attachment to fluff.

 

How do I track My Package?


The email address that you provided at checkout will be where you will receive your tracking number. All claims involving lost, damaged or stolen packages must be resolved through the United States Postal Service.

 Please allow up to 5 business days for your tracking to update once you receive a tracking number. If there is no movement after 5 business days, please email us at info@magnoliaoak.co.

We also recommend contacting USPS.

 

The tracking says it’s delivered, but I don’t see it. Now what?


Once packages are submitted to USPS, they are now fully responsible. Please be sure to check the area around your mailbox, mail room, or ask your front desk attendant. If you want to inquire about your package, please contact your local USPS.

If there is a possibility that your package might be lost, you can contact USPS & file a claim for a refund of the estimated value of your package.


There may also be a chance that your package is at your local post office and can be recovered by USPS. If you are still having trouble after that, please contact us & we will assist you as best as possible.

 

The address on my order confirmation email is wrong. Can I fix it?


Please keep in mind that your items will be shipped to the address you provide. To ensure that your order arrives properly & promptly, confirm that the address is correct before finalizing your order.

If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect, immediately send us an email with your name, order number & the actual address, and we will update your order before it is shipped out.


We cannot change your entire shipping address for fraud prevention. In order to change the entire address, your order would be cancelled, and you would then have to repurchase your items. We are unable to change bulking addresses. If the package has been shipped and then returned due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay a reshipping fee to resend your items again.
