SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. Your support and loyalty are important to us.
Order processing time is currently six to ten business days, unless otherwise notified. Shipping will normally 2-3 business days if you selected priority mail, or 7-8 business days if you selected first class shipping via USPS.
Please note that orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) Monday through Friday. In the case of a holiday, orders are shipped the following business weekday.
* If the product is out of stock, please allow 5-10 business days for products to be processed and shipped out.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your order tracking information. Please keep in mind products are made and filled in order to maintain quality.
Please note that business days for shipping and processing times do not include weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays. Processing time is an additional time frame, separate from your shipping method of choice.
ADDRESS ERROR
If your package was delivered but you have not received it, you will need to contact the United States Postal Service at 1 (800) 275-8777.
Magnolia & Oak LLC is not responsible for packages that show a tracking status of delivered. We also do not provide refunds for packages that show a tracking status of delivered.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not provide international shipping currently. Please continue to check with us for updates!
Damaged Products/ Replacement
If a purchased item/items arrive damaged due to the fault of Magnolia & Oak, please let us know within seven days, and we will ship a replacement item to you as promptly as possible.
Well lit & clear photos of damaged items/packages are not only recommended but required. If the item is damaged due to shipping (postal service) you must file a claim with USPS. Once packages are in USPS’ care, they are responsible from that point, until your package arrives.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If there are any issues with your purchase or you are unsatisfied with a product, please contact us directly at info@magnoliaoak.co along with your name & order number, and we will be happy to assist you. Please allow us up to 48 business hours to respond.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
REFUND POLICY
If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address or error on your behalf, there will be a reshipping fee that is charged for us to reship your order to the corrected address.
Product Information
Products and product information should not be used to diagnose or treat any medical condition. If you are pregnant, suffer from allergies, or are worried about a health condition, please consult with your doctor before using products containing essential oils.
